This new development is situated on a sea shore which faces North-West, next to a sandy beach, on the South Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

            The closest town is Lozenec - approximately 2km (1.2 miles) to the North. The town of Tsarevo is 4km to the South of the development. The Oasis camp site is 300m to the North of the development. The city of Bourgas and the International Airport are 65km to the North.

            The total area of the plot of the development is 1.7 hectares.

            The development is separated from the neighboring developments by a wall fence and is divided into three zones. These zones are separated by hedges and exist on different vertical levels.

Family House Zone "INDIVIDUAL": located in the most attractive part of the development, right next to the sea. All the construction materials are of a very high quality and have the necessary certification. The inside staircases are decorated with natural stone.
