This new development is situated on a sea shore which faces North-West, next to a sandy beach, on the South Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

            The closest town is Lozenec - approximately 2km (1.2 miles) to the North. The town of Tsarevo is 4km to the South of the development. The Oasis camp site is 300m to the North of the development. The city of Bourgas and the International Airport are 65km to the North.

            The total area of the plot of the development is 1.7 hectares.

            The development is separated from the neighboring developments by a wall fence and is divided into three zones. These zones are separated by hedges and exist on different vertical levels.

Family House Zone "INDIVIDUAL": located in the most attractive part of the development, right next to the sea. This zone consists of 3 family houses with separate saunas, open-air swimming pools and private parking. Each house also comes with around 0.1hectars of land adjacent to it. The floor space of the houses is 250-300sq.m. Standard projects have been developed for the design of these houses, but these can be altered in accordance with buyers' wishes (while keeping with the architecture and style of the development). The furnishing and fittings of each house will be decided individually with the buyer.

Business Zone "PRIVATE": This zone contains two types of buildings:

This zone also has its own open-air swimming pool.

            The type B apartments vary from 38 to 59 sq.m in size.

             The multifunctional building will house the water sports center, which offers diving courses using the PADI program (internationally recognized diving qualification). The mini-market will offer products ranging from food to beach gear. The recreation zone will also contain a parking area for the residents of the business and "second house" apartments.

CONSTRUCTION TYPES AND MATERIALS:
All houses are constructed using monolith concrete blocks and brick internal walls, which provide a high level of thermo and sound insulation. The roof will be made of ceramic roof tiles. The windows will have double glazing. The facades will be constructed using natural materials.

FINAL WORKS:
All the construction materials are of a very high quality and have the necessary certification. The inside staircases are decorated with natural stone.
