Location

   St Vlad  is a complex of 50 individual freehold villas situated in a virgin, yet untouched and undiscovered part of the Black Sea coast, which is beautifully set on the northern slopes of the Balkan range, rolling down to Cape Emine, the most eastern point of Bulgaria where the Stara Plannina mountain meets the sea.Emona village is situated 3 miles away from St Vlad, just a few miles to the south of the town of Obzor. 2.Deposit - 1000 Euro, up to 1 month- 50%, up to 2 months - 30%, till the 1 March 2009 y the left 20% by notary transfer of the property.

The complex is due to be finished in September 2009y.
