Sozopol is one of the oldest towns on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and is situated upon a picturesque peninsula. The town is a favorite place for many foreign and Bulgarian tourists, it is popular with a lot of places of interest, entertainment facilities and beautiful beaches. It is only 30 km away from the city of Bourgas, which is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria with an international airport.

The complex is scheduled to be completed in December 2008.
