They are easily accessible in about 25 min. with the new Gondola lift that starts from Bansko. The resort offers runs and tracks suitable for both beginners and professionals. The snowboard lovers will enjoy the first on the Balkans attraction park, offering wonderful conditions for snowboarding. There is a cross-country track with total length of 5 km. The 3 km ski run Rollbahn track is located only 2 km far from the town.
The charming residential development is situated in the hearth of the town of Bansko, 10 minutes away from the city center and 900 meters away from the new modern lifts.
