I.ACCOUNTANCY, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICING AND TAX RETURN
1.Registration of company- 600 EUR
2.Accountancy servicing and address of the company- 200 EUR/ annually
-Fill your annual accountancy declaration for your bulgarian company
-Represents you as a legal person in front of a number of state and public institutions
If your company is an active one, the tax is to be paid each month and it is a subject of further negotiation, depending on the services required.
3.Re-registration of company- 100 ЕUR
4.Property insurance /movable/real estate property/- according to the rates of the insurance company.
5.Opening and transferring a water main and electricity account to your company's name.
II.AFTER SALES CARE
"Variant 1": 190 EUR/annually
Initial inventory list of things available in the property.
Monthly inspections in weak and week inspections
in busy season, including:
inspection of the property according to the inventory
list.
inspection for any eventual visible defects.
aeration of the property.
inspection for undesired presence of ants, baker's wives, clothes-moths, etc. insects and taking measures for their elimination.
furniture inspection.
inspection of the sanitary and water-conduir system.
inspection of the security systems for perfect operation.
emergency inspection of the property at extreme circumstances and undertaking measures against any eventual damages with mutual consent.
"Variant 1": 230 EUR/annually

payment of state and municipal fees, filling in text declaration on your behalf.
emergency inspection of the property at extreme conditions and undertaking measures against any eventual damages with mutual consent:
preparation for winter season.
bringing inside all chairs and tables.
draw out the water from water supply pipes.
draw out the water from WC, placing salt.
III.TRANSFERS
Transfers from Bulgarian airport/ Burgas, Varna, Sofia/- 0.25 ЕUR/ per km.
Transfers from airport Istanbul/ Turkey/ - 125 EUR/4 persons/
By purchasing a property from our agency we refund the expenses up to 500 EUR for:
